Is there a way to select how quiz statistics are displayed?

When I publish a quiz I shuffle both the questions and the choices. Is there a way to set the Quiz Item Analysis Report to sort by the quiz's original question/choice order? Is there a way to set the quiz's Student Analysis Report to sort by student last name (it seems like the default is student time to complete)?
