Canvas stopped syncing grades for DeltaMath assignments

Question

Scores from DeltaMath assignments were, but are no longer, syncing to Canvas. Example: DeltaMath has 100% for a student assignment, but Canvas has 50%, even though the DeltaMath assignment has a late date allowing 100% of the score to be achieved with late submissions.

Perhaps the Canvas assignment, being set due on a specific date, with no date "Until" entered broke the syncing??? Perhaps Canvas stopped accepting the late submissions from DeltaMath (DM was syncing every 15 mins). But I went and changed the due date on Canvas to later this week and it's still not syncing.

This is likely something you'll need to talk to your local school/institution Canvas team (usually in the eLearning / IT / Digital Education areas) about.  It could be that they changed something with integrations, it could be an issue with DeltaMath itself, or possibly some kind of random issue with Canvas.  Issues with integrations are very complex and almost always involve the main Canvas admin for your school/institution to troubleshoot with the tool vendor and Canvas directly to try to identify the issue and get it fixed.

As a Canvas admin myself, I can say that due dates should not really affect grade passback.  There's a potential that an until date would affect things depending how the integration and grade passback work.

I'd highly recommend that you get in contact with your local team so they can hopefully figure out what's going on and get the appropriate party to fix whatever the issue may be.
