grade sync job running and won't stop

Question

I keep getting the message "There is already a grade sync job running, please wait for that job to complete before you schedule another grade sync job." How can I end it so that I can try the sync again? I can't seem to find any way around the message.

Ohhh.  You may just have to e patient and wait - there is not a way to cancel it.   Are a lot of people doing the grade passback at your school/district/institution?  It might be taking longer if a LOT of people are doing grades.     But I recommend you check your SIS -- if a grade sync is run twice, you may see duplicate assignments on the other side.
