A parent reached out because they are not receiving grade notifications for their 4th grader. The teacher post grades. Has anyone run into this issue?
Hey @Elisa_V!
Each user adjusts their own settings for notifications. If no one else is stating that they are having issues and it is just one parent, my guess would be that their notifications have been turned off. The Community guide How do I manage my Canvas notification settings? can be shared with the parent to see if this is the issue.
Let us know if this works. If this does not solve the issue, reply and we can try to find another option. 🤞

Is there a way for me to create a rubric that shows BOTH points and a letter grade, while the Gradebook in both my view and student view shows JUST points? I tried setting up the rubric showing a letter grade in the grading scheme, and a letter shows in the Assessment box…but then my gradebook also shows the letter grade,…
