How to determine who created the Admin User

Question

I have looked and could not find anything regarding this.

I am looking to see or audit who created or provided admin access to certain users.
I have looked at different reports, notificiations, and enrollments but havent found which other admin provided this role or access.

What am I missing?

There is no specific tracking/auditing for that.  If you know exactly when the user was granted admin access, you could check the activity logs of folks with administrator permissions for that time, but otherwise, there is not really any way to know.
