I am using the NVDA screenreader to read my equations, however, I am getitng the message "clickable"

When I hover over the equation, it gives the message "clickable math" and does not read it. I have tried both Access8Math and Math Player Math Reader without any luck.

Do you know the best equation settings to use, such as Math Renderer, and Show Math As?
