Parent is unable to scroll in the Canvas Parent App on their iPhone

I have a parent who is unable to scroll through the assignments in the Canvas Parent app. He has tried restarting the phone, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and clearing the cache for the app. Is there anything else he can do to troubleshoot the issue? Hi is on an iPhone, iOS 18.1.1, app version 3.15.0.

Since you already did everything that I'd recommend, it might be a good idea to reach out to Canvas support. This could very likely be an engineering issue on their end when it comes to the canvas mobile application, and would be something they'd need to look into.
