GRADE SHOWN IN CANVAS APP BUT NOT IN THE SITE

Hello!

So, the app sent me a notification that I received a grade in one of my subjects, and it was there. However, when I went to look for it in the site to know my class standing (with the quartiles since it’s not an app feature), it wasn’t visible. I already tried using other devices and browsers but still not fixed. Need help, thank you!

Hi @seri,

The most likely scenario is that your teacher chose to hide the grades after initially posting them.  In that scenario, you still get a notification about your grade (and the app may even remember the grade for a short whole), but the web version of Canvas would not show it at all.  I'd definitely encourage you to ask your teacher about this, as most of the users in the community here are just other Instructure product users from around the world, meaning we can't access your Canvas account/courses or anything to verify.
