I (the course instructor) would like to have another faculty member on campus have access to view the course materials posted on ELMS. Nothing seems to be available for such an addition under the People tab.
When adding someone, the role is important. Standard roles that allow the person to see content include Teacher, TA, and Designer. Other roles may exist as set up by your institution. My school district has changed our required Learning Outcomes for all of our courses for this school year. How can I archive the 400+ Learning Outcomes we used last school year so they're still linked to our 25-26 courses but teachers can't use them in 26-27 courses going forward?
