Students unable to see classic quiz results. Is it because of a lockdown browser?

My students are having trouble seeing their exam answers. I have the quiz setting to allow students to see their results immediately. I use Respondus Lock Down Browser but I don't see a setting to allow or disallow on the lock down browser. The message my students are getting is: "Quiz results are protected for this quiz and can be viewed a single time immediately after submission."

Any ideas?
