Two students did a deferred exam, however I can't see their marks. At the same time when I go to quiz statistics, their names are shown there but I can't see their answers.
Hi @WejdanShahin
Can you clarify what you mean by a "deferred exam"?
Are the students still listed in the "Assign To" settings for the exam?
Most often, when instructors tell me that grades have disappeared, it is because they have tried to give one or mote students access to an exam/assignment at a different time, and when they did that, they removed the existing students from the "Assign To" settings, rather than creating an additional "Assign To" for the students that required different dates.

Is having students read the textbook considered an assignment or an activity if there is no grade but a required date?
Hoping someone can explain for me. We're using pacing to avoid manually dating regular assignments each quarter, but the dates I see are based on when the course was instantiated, while students see dates based on when they were added to the course by [backend software I don't know anything about, presumably]. If I set…
Has anyone else had issues with an influx of duplicate users in Canvas? However, in programs where multiple educators are involved in assessment—such as team teaching, moderation, or competency-based evaluation—there are important questions about…
