Images wont show up during exam in Google Chrome or Firefox, intermittently. How can I fix this?
Thank you.
@TarasGrinchak Are these images from an external source (such as a website) or internal to Canvas (as in, an uploaded image file to the course itself)?
If they're from an external source, that may explain why you're having intermittent issues with images from the exam.
Hi @TarasGrinchak
There are two known issues with Quiz Images
1. Canvas seems to have been unpredictable (or at least not obvious) in terms of whether images are stored in the course, question banks, or teacher's personal area, and this is compounded by different impacts when using import, copy to etc.
2. Firefox browser is unreliable with Quiz Images - we believe that this has been resolved in our own Canvas Beta instance, but we have a local configuration issue that means it has not been resolved in our live environment,
Hope that helps
Hello, I have a number of assignments that require students to complete peer reviews. Yesterday, after much trial and error…I concluded the new quizzes matching choice options do not work as I expected, and have used with other LMS. I thought that I could provide students a matching choice quiz with multiple attempts that would report incorrectly answered matches on the first attempt, and display the…
I have seen documentation that says you must recopy your iCal link and resubscribe when you are enrolled in new classes, does this mean my iCal feed link changes each time, or do i just need to re-fetch the .ics file?
We use course pacing to manage due dates, because we run ~20 something courses each quarter and manually setting due dates would be a nightmare. Several courses have two core topics. We want to allow students to choose which of these they will pursue first. Is there any way to configure multiple course paces with different…
