Scores in Canvas and Synergy

My student's scores from EdPuzzle are whole numbers in Canvas but when sent to Synergy (Edupoint) they come in as a decimal number. EdPuzzle technically shows a percentage in their gradebook. I don't know if the difference in scores are a Canvas issue or a Synergy issue.
