Are you asking about the RCE (Rich Content Editor) that was added to the SpeedGrader interface earlier this month? If so, it's not a full RCE like you are used to when editing content pages in a Canvas course. It's only a partial RCE, so you're not going to get many of the features you're used to using editing content pages, unfortunately.
