I want to restrict some students from accessing the quiz when the rest of the students are taking it

Hi,

I am trying to restrict access for only a few students who will take the quiz at a later time, but I don't see any option to do that. I want to basically debar them from taking the quiz while the rest of the class is taking it.

The only solution I have been able to come up with is to add everyone manually except the few students I want to exclude. I have a huge class so I do not think that that is a feasible solution.

Any help/insights will be appreciated.

@TPat You might try (1) adding the availability dates for most students as the dates for everyone, then (2) adding an available until date in the recent past assigned to the students you want to exclude. "Everyone" should change to "everyone else." You can adjust the availability ranges for the students with different dates at a later time.
