Can I have students do two different kinds of assignment forms on the same submit attempt?

I would like to know if it is possible for students to submit an assignments in two different forms on the same attempt

For example, if I setup the assignment to allow text entry or file upload, can they submit a text entry AND a file upload.  It might be a picture of a project and a text box description of a project as one possibility.

While students can't submit two different assignment types in the same submission attempt, there are ways around it using the RCE. If you allow for a text submission, students can use the RCE to type a response as well as add images, upload documents, paste external URLs, and even record media.
