Just wondering, if I submit a Goggle Sites link for this project I'm doing, will any new edits I make after I submit show up on the site? because it's a link, not a file, but Im not sure so i wanted to ask.
Hi @adannda ,
How are you submitting the link? Is it an Assignment with "Submit a URL" as the submission option? This excerpt from the Canvas Student Guide might be helpful:
In Canvas, you can enter a website URL as an assignment submission. When a URL is submitted as an assignment, Canvas takes a screenshot of the web page at the time it was submitted.
How do I enter a URL as an assignment submission?
If you are sharing the link some other way, such as through the Rich Content Editor (as with a Text Entry submission), the behavior might be different.
Can you provide more details as to what you are trying to do? I am assuming you are a student; is that right?

ETA: never mind! I had done my "testing" in the wrong quiz, which was a Classic Quiz quiz. I just tried again in the correct (migrated) new quiz, and I see now that the "file upload" question type DOES show the image in SG! — I rarely use Canvas quizzes, but am teaching a new asynch class this semester. I want students to…
