When having a problem like this, I'd always recommend that you contact Canvas support. If there is a current known outage/issue, they'd be able to tell you, but they can also provide some assistance if you have an issue with your device. The Instructure Community here is great for getting general guidance and help with creating things, but the users here don't have any access to your Canvas account or environment like Canvas support does, so it's hard for everyone to answer a question like this. The best general guidance I could give it to make sure your device's operating system and web browser and both up to date.
