My student is complaining that she can't see her full course grade because it appears "locked." I have made it visible on my end. What do I do?

Maybe check the grade posting policies in the gradebook settings. If manual is turned on, then your total grade (even though the column is visible to you) would be locked until a grade is "posted" into the gradebook for students to view.
