After logging in on my MacBook to canvas, all of the content on dashboard, courses, inbox, etc is blocked nor does anything show up. However, on my windows laptop I have zero issues seeing all the content. What would be the issue?

What version of macOS are you running? I see this sort of thing happen a lot with outdates versions of macOS/Safari. Updating to the most recent versions possible might help, unless your macbook is very old and can no longer be updated. You could also try using alternate browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, just in case one of them may work better.
