Question

If I have published all Assignments, why are they not visible to students?

Welcome @LindaGodsey to the Instructure Community! There are a couple of answers to your question. The first thing I would check is whether the Assignments link is visible to students in Course Navigation. You can check (and change) its visibility status by viewing the Navigation tab on the Settings page for your course:How do I manage Course Navigation links? If the navigation link is not visible, student users won't be able to see the Assignments page.

However, students can get to published assignments wherever those are linked inside Canvas. Here are some examples:

* The Grades page (if visible)
* The Syllabus page (if visible and if the Course Summary table is enabled): How do I edit the Syllabus in a course? | Manage Course Summary

Also, assignments can be linked from the Modules page: How do I add course content as module items? | Add Item to Module

Finally, assignments can be linked from anywhere the Rich Content Editor is used (announcements, content pages, etc.): How do I create hyperlinks to course or group content in the Rich Content Editor as an instructor?
