I think this is a question that you're going to need to ask your instructor about. Unfortunately, we here in the Canvas Community do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of your courses. So, it's hard to know how your instructor might have groups set up ... for example if your instructor assigned you to specific groups ... or if you have to join a group on your own. You can contact your instructor directly in Canvas by following the steps in this Guide:

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
