There is no built-in tool called "Coffee Shop" in Canvas. It's possible that there is some kind of external vendor tool by that name that can be licensed and integrated with Canvas?
The closest thing I was able to find is a service called "Campus Cafe": https://campuscafesoftware.com/faculty/lms/canvas/
If this is something that you saw in other classes on your school's Canvas server, you'll probably want to contact the Help Desk at your school for specific information.
