Where can I get course completion certification?

I hope the community can help since PeopleCert support is not replying back.  I purchased an ITIL v4 course "ITIL® 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil".  I read each module took and passed the test and now PeopleCert are asking for course completion certificate.  I had no instructor and other students on that platform are asking the same question with zero help from PeopleCert.  Has anyone on this community have the same issue?  I checked all threads related to this topic and nothing that was valid.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble documenting your course completion, @JacobEsho. Unfortunately you're unlikely to find folks in the Community who have the requisite knowledge of PeopleCert. However, there is a Canvas solution that might work: print the Grades page, as it shows your score on each of the Canvas tests for that course.

I’m going to mark this reply as a solution. I realize it does not solve your problem, but it will help our colleagues who have a similar question about organizations that use Canvas to teach and assess candidates for various certifications.
