Convert paper quiz to digital

I am looking for a way to easily convert paper quizzes to digital. I would like to upload the quizzes I already have so the students can answer and submit them through canvas and receive immediate feedback. Is there a way to do this without having to type each question?

There is a 3rd party software that allows you to import a word document and convert it to Canvas Quizzes: https://web.respondus.com/he/respondus/

You might want to check with your institution to see whether that software is available to you. Otherwise, they also offer 30 days free trial.
