Happy to help! I've run into this before and had to clear my browser cache. I'd recommend you try following the steps in this guide. If that doesn't do the trick, follow the steps in this guide. It reviews the browser and computer requirements; you might need to update your browser or OS.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
