This sounds like an issue that you should bring up with your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team to figure out why QQ e-mails (I've never heard of that one before) aren't letting your students log in. They may need to also work with your IT department to figure out exactly what is going on. Hope this might help in some way...good luck!
