Test bank QTI uploads

I am having a few issues when uploading to test banks. First - when I upload a QTI item to the test bank, I created Canvas changes the test bank title. Second - (see the screenshot attached), it only lets me add 1 QTI file. I have many that need to be added to 1 test bank. The 'import' option (top right in the screenshot) greys out after one upload.

Hi @LKV! When you create an item bank from a QTI file, the new item bank is given the same title as the imported QTI file. New Quizzes only allows one QTI file per bank, so if you need multiple files added to the course, you'll want to upload them separately and combine Item Banks afterwards. This guide will walk you through that process.
