In the Outcome Results report what is the difference between "outcome score" and "learning outcome rating points?" In some of our rows we have a learning outcome rating points value and not an outcome score. What creates this?

What's weird is there are cases where both the learning outcome rating points and outcome score are blank, but there is a learning outcome rating listed, a learning outcome mastered listed, and a number in attempts. So how does a faculty score such that there is a learning outcome rating but no outcome score or learning outcome rating points get recorded? Any pushes in the right direction on this would be wonderful!
