Does anyone know how to add outcomes to a rubric without adding the points from outcome to the rubric?
Hi @fkolarz ...
Even though you need to assign points to outcomes, when you add an outcome to a rubric, there is a checkbox called "Use this criterion for scoring". If you leave that box unchecked, then the outcome that you add to the rubric will show two dashes in the right-most column after you save the rubric using the "Update Rubric" button. The points will still show, but they won't be factored into the grand total of your rubric criteria.

I'm not sure if this is what you were asking about, but I thought I'd provide my $0.02 ... for what it's worth. Hope it helps in some way.

The scroll bar for a document will stay visible until one attempts to interact with it, at which point the bar for the…
Hi There, We are in the process of transitioning to Canvas this year and were wanting to connect with any other MYP schools to see how you setup Assignment and grading under your modules. Or you could guide us to any resources you may have.
After using Canvas for a while, I picked up a small habit that’s saved me some last-minute stress with written submissions. Even when drafts are original, longer explanations and summaries tend to reuse common phrasing, especially in research-heavy assignments. Before submitting, I usually do a quick cleanup pass to reduce…
