Canvas tips on how Quizzes with Dropdowns that can be made accessible

Can Canvas read quizzes with drop-downs with an Immersive Reader activated? If not, how can instructors develop quizzes that are accessible with Immersive Reader? Other text readers such as Kurzweil are unable to read these dropdowns either. Does Canvas have any suggestions for faculty?

Batch edit assignment due dates by section
My Canvas shell has three different sections that all meet at different times throughout the week. I need to be able to batch edit assignment due dates by section, but right now Canvas can't filter by section for batch edit. My only option is now to manually (tediously) edit due dates for each assignment individually.
