Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with syncing scores from Canvas to SIS. Your attendance is likely "Roll call" app and has an established assignment already within the gradebook. It should be titled "attendance" and if it isn't there, you should be able to make one manually and link it to the LTI. Either way, your attendance is an assignment and simply needs to be synced like any other assignment. Here is the Canvas guide:
