LTI error "We were unable to add the app"

Hi,

I have run into a problem when trying to manually add the redirect App to a course navigation bar. I've not had this issue in the past and a bit stumped as to the reason why I'm running into this error now.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Outcomes not working
Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
