Super easy...just go to your "Assignments" page in your course, click on the name of the assignment, and then click on the "Edit" button at the top of the assignment. You should then be able to modify the possible points for the assignment. Make sure to save your changes.
You can also follow the steps in this Guide...which are slightly different than what I described above...but still accomplish the same thing:
