Email formatting disappeared

I have been able to write emails to students using simple formatting such as paragraphs. However, that changed today when all of a sudden my messages (ones I wrote as well as received) appeared as one block of text even though the messages were previously in paragraph format. Is this a glitch that will be fixed??

This seems like such a silly thing to happen. I am so tired of all the Canvas glitches. I really wish our company would switch platforms.

Hi! Many Canvas users have reported this today, and the best thing you can do right now is to open a ticket with Support. This will allow Canvas Support agents and engineers to take a closer look. Additionally, with that ticket, you'll receive automatic updates when a resolution is identified. How do I contact Canvas Support?

This is also happening to me. I'm hoping this is just a glitch, because it's impossible to answer people coherently without simple line breaks! The inbox may as well not even exist without that.

I've also noticed it now takes 10 seconds to load the inbox when before it only took 1 or 2 seconds.

Same experience here. The change seems to ignore any hard returns in your message.

Sadly, Instructure pushed the update to improve accessibility. But I cannot believe this is better for accessibility as paragraphs and line breaks are useful for visually impaired persons to navigate text.
