How Do I Upload A Test Bank

Hi

 

The publisher emailed me a ZIP file for Canvas containing the test bank I am currently using in class. How do I upload it to my Canvas and convert it to WORD?

Also, how can I make a quiz from the testbank (for e..g 10 questions) from each chapter?
