Why does the observer to do list and the student to do not match? I can see all of my child's assigments; they cannot see any? This is a HUGE problem. I'm not sure if it's a setting.

It looks like there are no courses visible on the dashboard.
follow these instructions on how to make courses visible on the dashboard.
If that is not the answer, reply back and we will see what other ideas are possible.

Has anyone run into issues with Speedgrader erroring when opening a student submission from a dropbox? See image for error information. I accessed this directly through the gradebook and instructors are getting the same message.
