Does Canvas have a registration integration for taking payments from course learners?

Canvas LMS doesn't take payments itself but you could look into Canvas Catalog, which is a registration front-end for Canvas LMS and can be configured to accept payments. There is an additional fee for Canvas Catalog in addition to Canvas LMS, so I wanted to point that out up front here.
