New Quizziz Wont Launch for Randome Students on Chrombooks

Hello Support,

I am contacting you as the tech for Oquirrh Hills Middle School and have been contated by a teacheer who is having issues running their test. New or Old CHromebook, there eems to be no related sitution. What infomration can Igather that would help Canvas/Insturcture troublehoot this?

In addition to what @Ron_Bowman suggested, you also want to clarify whether you are referring to Quizizz, which is an external app and not maintained by Canvas, and New Quizzes, which is an LTI tool owned and maintained by Canvas.

You posted this question to the general forum board where other users try to help with questions about Canvas.  There may be some people on here that have experience in the area of your question; however that may or may not occur.  Based on your question, you are trying to reach the actual tech support at Instructure.  To do that you should contact the canvas support person for your institution.

I know there are links for the support group, but I do not know what they are.  Maybe @Chris_Hofer can post them (I think I have seen him post them before).
