This is the Canvas Community website...so not sure why you are referencing AWS...
In any case, I think that it would be best for you to reach out to your school's Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team. They may be able to help troubleshoot the issue with this student's grades with you in more detail. We here in the Canvas Community don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of your courses, so it's difficult for us to resolve this for you. Hopefully someone from your school will be able to help you with this issue, though. Good luck! Please keep us posted on the progress.

My school district has changed our required Learning Outcomes for all of our courses for this school year. How can I archive the 400+ Learning Outcomes we used last school year so they're still linked to our 25-26 courses but teachers can't use them in 26-27 courses going forward?
