IXL Overwriting manually entered grades in the gradebook with zeroes

Hey everyone, I am working with a teacher using the IXL integration. It is feeding grades to the gradebook just fine, but when they go in and manually update the grades, IXL rewrites zeroes over those grades.

Is there a setting anywhere that can stop this from happening?

Or is there another fix for this?
