A "Hot Spot" question type in New Quizzes is for uploading an image and then defining part of that image as "correct" ... so that when students click on that part of the image, it is either marked as "correct" or "incorrect". How would you use a video in conjunction with a "Hot Spot" question type in a New Quiz?
