Hi there! If the guide on changing your profile doesn't work, it may be that your school does not allow you to change your name. If that is the case, you'll need to contact the Canvas admin at your school. If you are at a college or university, you may also need to contact the Enrollment department at your school to have your name updated across the campus systems.
