Access Denied to Embedded Storyline

Question

Using Canvas for a compliance course, embedded a Storyline module without the SCORM feature. When I embed the file, it displays Access Error. Files are all published.

They are within the same course, any help would be appreciated.

I am also having the issue that WillyDonuts described. I embedded mine directly within the page. I used the HTML function and have attached how it was inserted. I can view it on my laptop in the Chrome browser. My coworker could not using Safari but could view it on Firefox. I tried to access this module content through the Canvas app on my phone and by going to our Canvas site through the Google app on my phone and was given the access denied error both times. Is there any solution before I roll this out live?

Did you embed this to the modules directly or within a page - How did you embed the file? If within a page, did you use the toolbar above the RCE or the HTML editor? If within a module, which option did you use from the dropdown to add the item? Is it possible at all to reply with a screenshot of the error and more details of how and where this was embedded?
