How do you lock the order in the dropdown in quiz questions?

Thank you for contacting the Instruture Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with locking the order or answers in quiz questions. When creating a multiple choice or other drop down question type in Canvas quizzes, the default is set to keep those question answers in the order they were set up as during the creating of the quiz. There is a box you can check under edit details of the quiz to "shuffle answers" that will then shuffle them. Not checking that box will keep the questions and and answers in the same format as they were created. Hopefully this helps.
