I have two teachers in which I have shared the classes. However, one teacher can see the other teachers classes and the other cannot. What did I miss.

it sounds like there might be a restriction on who they are able to interact with in the course. When users are added to courses, they are usually added to specific sections. If a user is in one section and cannot see students in other sections, they might just need to be added to the specific section they are unable to see, as an instructor.
