Feedback Fruits is not loading LTI 1.3 in the free version

Feedback Fruits tools are available in the free version of Canvas but integrate with LTI 1.1 rather than 1.3. This limits certain functionalities such as group membership retrieval and grading by groups.

Can the Feedback Fruits tools in the free version be updated to LTI 1.3 or higher?

Hi there!

Yes, the free version of FeedbackFruits can be upgraded to LTI1.3 with the help of your IT admin. This is because the keys must be activated in the admin settings of your course or institution. With 1.3, you will also be able to install API where you can benefit from automatic group and calendar synchronisation with Canvas.
