I cannot take a survey because it won't open. I have clicked on it a number of times but is just keeps looping back to "Take the Survey". What do I do?
@Pamelaerk could you please provide more information about what survey you are trying to take? Is this a survey that is in your Canvas course? If so, is it a Canvas quiz based survey or one on an external tool? If it is based on an external tool, I recommend that you verify that your have 3rd-party cookies/cross-site tracking enabled on your browser, as without it many external tools don't function as expected.
