Issue with Contact List export

I am an instructor.  Something seems to have changed with the Contact List export to PDF or Excel.  Instead of exporting the Full Name as shown in the contact roster, it seems to be filling in with information from several different fields.  I have a file I can share to show what is happening, but it does have students' personal information.  Is this a known issue or is there a way around it?

I came across this unanswered question while doing a cleanup of the community.

Unfortunately, the terminology you've used is not something that seems native to Canvas.  I think your school/institution may be using some kind of 3rd party integration.  With that being said, I would encourage you to reach out to your school/institution support team (usually in eLearning / IT / Digital Education) to report the issue and see if they can get it resolved with the 3rd party vendor for you.
