In "options" you must uncheck the box for " Hide student names in the SpeedGrader."---Another option is to uncheck that box when editing the Assignment Settings.
@MarkWallace Depending on your institution’s configuration you can also disable this in Course Settings - Features. This will enable/disable the anonymous functionality for all tasks.
I use Turnitin in comments on papers because my old commenting system is there, and I found a hidden little setting in the Turnitin optional settings that turns anonymous grading on or off from there, and that seems like it may be what I was needing. Thanks for the replies!
